Double-click run.bat again to start the server. Open eula.txt in the Spigot directory, and change eula=false to eula=true, if you have read the eula and agreed to the rules written down. A command prompt window will open briefly, then close. Double-click your run.bat in the Spigot directory. In your text editor, select File > Save As, and navigate to the Spigot directory. (the # is your allocated ram, you can choose anything, but it can crash the hosting machine if you allocate more ram than the hosting machine has, at least, if it's needed) Java -Xms#G -Xmx#G -XX:+UseG1GC -jar spigot.jar -nogui Next, open a text editor such as Notepad, and paste the following command off Copy the file "spigot-jar" to the Spigot folder, and rename it to spigot.jar Next, create a folder on your desktop named " Spigot". Once it is done running, open the BuildTools folder created in the same directory as the executable. Note that this may take a while, depending on your connection and your computer. It will start running, and you can wait a bit until it has finished running. 
Open the BuildToolsGUI.exe file, and if you wish, change the version with the drop-down menu. Now that we have BuildToolsGUI, we are ready to start. If you have used your computer for a while, you probably already have it.
